All stall prices include tables, if needed and chairs.
Table size is 6ft x 2ft or 6ft x 3ft depending on the venue.
Occasionally we are also able to provide 3ft tables.
Please indicate the number of tables you need us to provide for you.
Many exhibitors bring their own stands, if you are bringing stands please put in details
If you have not booked with us before please put a description on the form
Electricity is provided for as many stalls as possible at no extra cost
Stall position priority is given to stalls with early full payment
Prices are displayed in the “drop down” menus next to each event.
If, for any reason, you have to cancel your booking please let us know as soon as possible so we can allocate your space to someone else.
£20 deposit is required for each event, payable within 21 days of receipt of invoice.
*Your £20 deposit will mean we hold the stall until the date the full balance is due.
If we do not receive a payment within 21 days, your name will be removed from our bookings list.
