Booking Terms and Conditions 2008

We really appreciate your interest in JL Fairs, to make sure of a successful event, whichever event you have chosen; we have the following terms and conditions:

·           All stallholders are required to pay a £20 deposit before the event – this is non-refundable but taken off the stall price

·          We regret that stalls cannot be held indefinitely without a deposit

·          You will receive a written receipt within a week of sending your payment, please get in touch if you do not receive a receipt within 10 days of sending a payment as your booking may have gone astray.

·          Full payment is due four weeks before the event; otherwise your space may be allocated to somebody else, you will be sent a reminder 6 weeks before the event

·          Regrettably we cannot refund any stall costs for cancellations later than 14 days before the event as all JL Fairs hire costs and advertising payments are made in advance.

·          Sorry but cancelled stall payments cannot be carried forward to the next event

·          Space booked is for your full display and stand access, please do not encroach on other exhibitor’s space or block gangways, there is ample space behind all stands for your stock.

·          If you have a preference of position please indicate it on your booking form; stall positions are at the discretion of JL Fairs and allocated by stall type and time of booking.

·          Please make sure you book adequate room for your requirements as extra room may not be available.

·          Electricity is available for all stands and included in stand price, all flexes must be taped down with high visibility tape, available from JL Fairs, please ask if extension leads are required.

·          All electrical equipment must be PAT tested

·          JL Fairs are not responsible for any parking fines incurred at Nantwich so please make sure you have parked within the white lines and have paid your 50p Pay and Display.

·          Parking at Rheged is free of charge, after unloading at the Loading Bay you must move you vehicle to the allocated space.

·          All stock and stalls are the responsibility of the stall holder

·          All bookings are reserved on a first come first served basis

·          All stallholders are requested to remain at their stall until fair closure (either 4pm or 4.30pm depending on event), those who leave early, will be blacklisted as empty tables have a detrimental effect on remaining exhibitors.

·          Public insurance is covered by the venue, however extra safety insurance is required if you wish to demonstrate at the fairs

·          JL Fairs accept no responsibility for loss or damage to stock in any circumstance

·          JL Fairs will not be liable to any exhibitor for any disruption to the event caused by bad weather, major accident or other matters beyond our control.

In return for your acceptance of our terms and conditions, JL Fairs offer you full support throughout the day, wide advertising including AA road signs, good venues and friendly on site staff.
