Yes - all are welcome to JL Fairs events! No - all our events are pay on the door. Admission £1 all adults, accompanied under 12s free. You can now provisionally book here on our website You can also email or telephone for a form Our office hours are Tuesday - Saturday 12 noon - 5pm GMT/BST All of our events are held for one day only. We are considerably increasing the area and type of fairs held - various locations are being considered and details will be posted as soon as they are known. Please email or telephone JL Fairs with your details and a booking form will be put into the post or you can book online. Stalls are sold between 6ft -24ft in length, stall price varies according to event and venue. To enter the fair we accept cash on the door. If you want to pay for a stall you are now able to pay by card by PayPal, you can also pay by cheque by sending your remittance to JL Fairs, 322 Alton Street, Crewe, CW2 7RY, UK In comparison with many fairs of a similar type, we are very reasonably priced - each venue is vetted for amenities, size, staff attitude and lighting before we book, we also have to allow for the cost of the thousands of flyers, the media advertisements in magazines and newspapers, the cost of the AA road signs and the cost of running the JL Fairs business. We could cut costs but then the advertising would suffer and visitor numbers would be much lower. No - available on a first come first served basis electricity is at no extra cost. No - tables and chairs are provided by the venue, but if you prefer your on stall please let me know at time of booking. Public Liability insurance is covered by JL Fairs, however if you plan to demonstrate extra insurance is needed. Demonstrations are welcome - but please let us know in advance, so that we can allow extra space. Yes - but please let us know in advance to allow extra space and include it in you stall length and payment. JL Fairs produces a room plan for each event - a provisonal plan is sent out with the receipts of stall payment, the final layout is sent out with maps etc. 7 days before the event. Refund and Cancellation Policy Please note that your £20 deposit is non-refundable, but deducted from the stall price, we regret that any stall costs paid are non refundable if you cancel your booking less than 10 days before the event date. You may choose to pay a deposit or full stall cost as your inital payment. The remaining balance is due six weeks before the event. Reminders are mailed out approx seven weeks before the event.
