At JL Fairs we appreciate the needs of our potential stallholders and aim to give the best service possible. However it is impossible for us to run our business successfully without the co-operation of all stallholders.
Before booking you must read all of our terms and conditions as shown overleaf. If you continue with your booking we assume that you have read AND THAT YOU AGREE to all the terms shown.
In return for your agreement to the terms and conditions JL Fairs offer full support throughout the day of the event, wide advertising, good venues at researched locations.
The only way to appreciate our service to you is to attend one of our events.
• You may reserve a stall online or through our reservation forms, your booking will be confirmed on receipt of payment.
• Registered societies and Guilds are not charged for stall space.
• We regret that stalls cannot be held indefinitely without a deposit/payment.
• A minimum of £20 deposit is due within 21 days of booking date.
• The deposit is non-refundable but deducted from the stall price.
• Once a deposit is received we will hold your stall until 40 days before the event, when full payment is due. If full payment is not received by the due date you will forfeit your deposit and your name will be removed from the exhibitor list
• You will receive confirmation within a week of sending your payment
• If we do not receive payment by the date stated on your invoice your booking will be cancelled
• Regrettably we cannot refund any stall costs for cancellations later than 10 days before the event as all JL Fairs hire costs and advertising payments are made in advance.
• Persistent late payers will be blacklisted for future events. As this is unfair for those who pay on time.
• Stall price is not negotiable.
• Sorry but cancelled stall deposits or payments cannot be carried forward to the next event
• If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we may allocate your space to someone else.
• Space booked is for your full display and stand access, please do not encroach on other exhibitor’s space or block gangways, there is ample space behind all stands for your stock.
• Please make sure you book adequate room for your requirements as extra room may not be available.
• Exhibitors are NOT permitted to enter any venue without the presence of a representative of JL Fairs.
• Electricity is available for all stands and included in stand price, all flexes must be taped down with high visibility tape, available from JL Fairs, please ask if extension leads are required.
• All electrical equipment must be PAT tested
• JL Fairs are not responsible for any parking fines incurred at Nantwich so please make sure you have parked within the white lines, (you no longer need to pay and display at Nantwich on Sunday).
• Parking at Nantwich, Reaseheath, Rheged and the Royal International Pavilion is free of charge, after unloading at the Loading Bay you must move your vehicle to the allocated space.
• Stallholders are admitted from 7.30am for stall set up
• All stock and stalls are the responsibility of the stall holder
• All stallholders are requested to remain at their stall until fair closure at 4.30pm, those who leave early will be blacklisted as empty tables have a detrimental effect on remaining exhibitors
• JL Fairs has business and Public Liability insurance, however extra safety insurance is required if you wish to demonstrate at the fairs.
• JL Fairs accept no responsibility for loss or damage to stock in any circumstance
• Please be aware that all venues adhere to strict Health and Safety Laws regarding table layout and numbers.
• Although you may request a preference of stall position, exhibitor position on the room plan is at the discretion of JL Fairs, you will receive a room plan before the event.
• You are permitted to make adjustments to your stall layout, within reason, if in doubt please ask one of the event staff.
• The room plan may be subject to alteration prior to or on the day, due to cancellations or stall adjustment.
• If all stalls are taken you may request to be added to the reserves list, and you will be notified of any cancellations.
• All balances due should be received at the latest 40 days before the event - OR YOUR BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED
• If you book a stall less than 40 days before the event, payment is due in full on receipt of invoice.
